		Favor Indexes over Full Table Scans Since Oracle has in some cases favored a full table scan over an index read, potentially setting the parameter for Oracle to consider indexes more frequently than full-table scans, this parameter will allow Oracle to skew its judgment for these options for the optimizer. Recommendation: Begin by setting this parameter to 70 and if performance is better, experiment with values until around 40. This is an iterative process.
