| Issue:
Receiving TNS-12564: TNS:connection refused when trying to startup my instance. Reason: The "TNS-12564: TNS:connection refused when trying to startup my instance" was caused by a memory issue. My newly created instance on my RAC was causing memory issues. Fix: I modified the Total SGA Size (MB) setting via Database Control on my old instance, so that I could startup my new instance. |
